1. Properties and Uses:
GER-138L and GER-138 is thermoplastic glycerol ester of gum rosin with light color. The resins have high softening point, high viscosity and good heat stability. The special production process used for this resin permits the production of the products with high oxidation resistance, excellent color retention and minimal odor. The resins are co***tible with waxes, drying oils, other rosin derivatives, natural and synthetic rubber, CR, SBR, SBS, and EVA in any ratio. The resins are soluble at all useful proportions in most organic hydrocarbon solvents, esters, and ethers. The applications and uses include:
